The rituals and challenges I do to further my Living Doll Journey

♡ 75Hard - Doll Edition ♡

75Hard is a mental discipline challenge created by Andy Frisella back in 2019. It's set of rules: sticking to a diet, drinking a gallon of water, doing 2 workouts a day, no drinking alcohol, and reading 10 pages of a book, everyday for 75 days. I have tried, and failed, to finish this challenge before mostly due to lack of planning. So with the new year coming, I've decided to modify the challenge to help my goal of becoming the cutest living doll

♡ The Rules! ♡
  • Pick a diet and stick to it. No impulse snacking
  • One gallon of water daily
  • 2 workouts totaling 90 min
  • Read 10 pages of any book
  • Make bed immediately after waking up
  • Tidy my room/dorm daily (no clutter piles)
  • Study daily (No late work)
  • AM + PM skin and body care
  • No alcohol or cheat meals
  • No doomscrolling or brainrot
  • No lazy outfits

I know it seems likes super intensive, and in a way it is, but after my intial adjustment period many of these things will become second nature. I've already been trialling different workouts and diets, along with methods to prevent doomscrolling.
